QFM maintains its reputation for reliable pipework through the utilisation of highly skilled welders and assistants, reinforced by a robust quality assurance program. In 2006, we instituted a stringent quality program encompassing visual inspections of all welds and verifying that the fabricated pipes align precisely with design specifications, in terms of both quantity and dimensional accuracy. This commitment to quality was further elevated in 2007 with the implementation of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and comprehensive delivery documentation. Our expansive, contemporary facility in Slacks Creek is fully equipped to accommodate projects of significant scale. QFM has spearheaded major endeavours including airports, hospitals, shopping centres. Furthermore, we have successfully delivered projects for residential car parks and nursing homes. The cornerstone of our recent growth lies in the fabrication of pipework for large-scale industrial warehouses. Over the past few years, QFM has supplied over 100 warehouses, ranging from those requiring 500 sprinkler heads to those with 4000.
While our headquarters are situated in Brisbane, our operational footprint extends across regional Queensland, select areas of New South Wales. Bolstered by our fleet of crane trucks, we guarantee secure and punctual delivery of our products to any site, at any time.
